Chiorino P4 P Non-Contaminating Die Cutter Belt
The current production of CHIORINO’S P4 Series of Die Cutting Belts includes three types: P4 (Green), P4/N (Black) and P4P (Without Cover). In addition to the 85 Durometer Shore D hardness that this series shares, the varying characteristics between each type allows for a wider range of cutting applications. Of particular note is the P4P: it has a bare nylon cutting surface than can substantially reduce contamination of the die cut material as the belt wears in operation. This can be especially valuable when cutting light colored product or material for the cosmetic or medical industry.
CHIORINO’S P4 Die Cutting Belts have been supplied as Original Equipment on Associated Pacific Machine (Sysco), Atom-Secom, Bruno Machinery, Cox & Wright, Freeman Schwabe, Hudson Die Cutting, and Samco Strong die cutting systems. It has also been the Preferred Replacement Belt on Schoen and Sandt die cutting systems.
